Returns and refunds

Pursuant to applicable law and the Conditions of Sale accepted at the time of purchase, the exercise of the right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions.

The right of withdrawal must be exercised by email, within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the Products being returned.

The seller will respond by email and confirm receipt of the withdrawal if correctly exercised.

In the event of product returns, it is essential for the correct exercise of the right of withdrawal that the products are intact and in their original packaging.

Once the right of withdrawal has been correctly exercised, the products have been received and their integrity has been verified, Artigianato Sirmione will refund, through the payment channel used, the price paid within 10 (ten) days from the date on which it became aware of the withdrawal notice or from the date of receipt of the products.
