L'artigianato Sirmione collections are created specifically to the customer's needs and requests. Some products may not be available in stock or ready for immediate delivery. In this case, the product will be made within a minimum of 10 working days.
Product available in stock: 3 - 4 working days after payment
If we are unable to fulfill your order in whole or in part, you will be notified immediately by email or telephone to make further arrangements. The customer may also request partial or total cancellation of the order.
SHIPMENTS ARE ACTIVE ONLY FOR THE ITALIAN TERRITORY
Standard shipping (3-4 business days*): €7.00 or free for orders over €70
*Working days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
Artigianato Sirmione will deliver your order to the address of your choice throughout Italy, including the islands of Sicily and Sardinia.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following locations: Campione d'Italia, Livigno, and Vatican City.
During busy periods, such as Christmas or weekends, delivery times may increase.
For orders placed by credit card, an additional business day must be added to the standard shipping times for administrative checks.
For orders placed by bank transfer, shipping times will be calculated from the date of confirmation of payment.
